T/369(3b) – AUTHORITY TO PASS DEFECTIVE STOP
SIGNAL AT ON
Ø
This
shall be used at the Station where the Signal is defective.
Ø
For
Reception Signal piloting is not necessary.
Ø
For
Starter or Advanced Starter protecting a point, PHS at the foot of the Signal
is compulsory.
Ø
More
than one Signal may be authorised to pass at ON in one single form.
Ø
Speed
shall not exceed 15 kmph while passing the Signal.
Ø
If
LSS alone failed, an endorsement stating LC obtained from station in advance
along with PN is also mentioned on this form.
Ø
Shall
be issued to pass IBSS at ON also.
