It is an authority issued to the LP to
pass intervening Automatic/Semi automatic/Manually
operated/ Gate Stop Signal at “ON”. Semi-Automatic/Manual
operated/Gate stop signals shall be passed at `ON’ only by observing PHS at the
foot of the signal. Distinguishing Nos of the signals to be passed at “ON”
shall be mentioned in the authority.

It
is issued along with T/C 912. It is also issued along with LCT for wrong
direction trains during Single Line working on Double Line. It is prepared in
duplicate.

It is authority to proceed without LC
issued in Automatic block system.
It includes 3 Authorities-
1. Authority
to proceed without Line Clear.
2. Authority
to pass departure Signal at “ON”
3. Caution Order.
Speed of all trains dealt on this authority
shall be restricted to 25 kmph over straight and 10kmph over curve.
It is issued during the following
occasions.
1. During TIC in Double Line Automatic area.
2. During Single Line working on Double Line during
TIC for the
Engine sent for opening communication.

It is issued for the Engine/Train to enter the
obstructed block section in Automatic Area. It includes only Two Authorities-
1. Authority to proceed without LC.
2. Caution Order.
Separate authority to pass LSS at “ON”
(T/A 912) shall be issued.
Speed of all trains dealt on this
authority shall be restricted to 25kmph over straight and 10 kmph over curve.
It is issued in the following occasions.-
1. When the block section is obstructed due to accident.
2. When Line Block is in force and non
Traffic trains like Material Train, Trolley, Lorry, Motor Trolley etc has to be
sent.

It is issued as authority to proceed
for the train during prolonged failure of signals when communication is
available in automatic area.
Only one train will be permitted in
the section at a time. LC must be obtained for each train.
Speed of all trains proceeding on this
authority shall be restricted to
25kmph. It includes three Authorities-
1. Authority to proceed.
2. Authority
to pass intervening signals at “ON”.
3. Caution Order.
At the receiving end LP shall stop the train
at FSS and SM shall depute a competent Railway servant to pilot the train.
