Check for leakages from ABD valve,
Intercooler & MR safety valve, Air dryer, BP, FP, BC Eq. & MR Eq. Pipe,
MR1 & MR2 J filter Drain cock, Intercooler drain plug & BC pipeline.
Close MRPT COC, Press MRPT Quick
connector & release trapped pressure, ensure Engine RPM rising & MR
building up.
Open MRPT COC when MR Safety valve
blows.
If still unable to rectify, Close
MRPT COC & work .
If still MR pressure not building
up, try by closing MVCC COC. If MVCC COC
is not provided, try by disconnecting MVCC wires.
Air Dryer Leakages
Switch OFF Air dryer Breaker &
try.
Remove Electrical connector on Air
Dryer & try.
Plug the Air dryer Purge valve with
dummy bolt of MR Eq. or BC Eq.
If bypassing COCs are provided for
Air Dryer, change position of the COCs.
Auto Blow Down Valve – ABD Valve
3 positions – Auto, Isolate and
Manual drain
Auto Position: Spindle outside and Auto Drain of
Moisture will take place
Isolate Position: Spindle Inside and Blowing Stopped
If ABD Continuously blowing, Isolate
ABD and work
Manual Drain: To drain moisture during stopping,
ABD isolated condition – Turn and Close
Magnet Valve – Horns, Sanders, Radar
& Wiper blowing continuously
Close MR1 J Filter COC & Drain
MR1 J Filter completely.
Close Drain COC & Open MR1 J
Filter COC
