Secure Locomotive with skids

Check Repair Book for remarks
regarding not to shutdown, etc.
Ensure RF off and normal Battery
charging
Secure C/stand
Ensure TH in IDLE, RH in NEUTRAL and
remove Handle
ER and GF Slider Switches in OFF
CONT / FP Slider Switch in ON
Keep Isolation Switch in ISOLATE.
Record water & all oil levels in
Repair book and trip sheet
Press EFCO (Emergency Fuel Cutoff),
if not successful, try by MUSD / LLOB
After Shut down
Put OFF BLACK and WHITE labeled
Breaker
Ensure TLPR Working & wait till
TLPR Stops
Switch Off COMPUTER CONTROL &
TLPR Breakers
Open Battery Knife Switch
Note: If time not available, keep Computer
Control & TLPR Breakers ON.
Open Battery Knife Switch
Make remarks in Repair Book.
Post Lubrication
Post Lubrication will be done for a
period of 15 to 35 minutes
Timings is based on the working
condition of Engine – 1 hour prior to Shut Down
