normally result in loss of life, grievous injury or damage to Railway
property. eg. Collisions, Derailments,
Fire in trains and trains running in to road traffic at Level crossings.
Indicative
Accidents:
Mishaps, generally
not resulting in casualties, but which are indicative of unsafe acts or
potential hazards. eg. Averted collisions, Breach of Block rules and Train
passing signal at danger.
