6	During thick, foggy or tempestuous weather where there is poor visibility of signals.	Adverse weather conditions, Stop at FSS and proceed at 10 kmph.
7	Last train mentioned in the Line Block order.	Look out for stop hand signal from the engineering official
8	For a traffic train to enter a block section on the expiry of line block period	Line block removal advise not received, Be prepared for stop or caution signals
9	Patrolman does not report within 15 minutes of his scheduled arrival or departure.	Speed 40 kmph by day            15 kmph by night

16	Train piloted on written memo on Non- signaled or Non- running line.	Speed not to exceed 15 kmph or less as mentioned in SWR.
17	When alarm chain apparatus is blanked off on a coach/compartment of a train.	Coach No. and instruction to look back frequently.
18	When Engine pushing a train outside station Limits	Speed 15 kmph Guard in leading vehicle. Speed 10 kmph Gd in any other vehicle.
19	Train movements permitted on rail fracture/weld fracture after attending emergency repairs	10 kmph when certified fit by Keyman/Gangmate or Patrolman. for first train & subsequent trains 20 kmph.
20	Trains are unusually delayed running on D/L or Multiple line sections.	Proceed cautiously and ascertain the whereabouts of the delayed train.
21	Train started after occurrence of train parting and clearance of obstruction	Report of conditions of the track such as distortion
22	Diesel locomotives permitted to enter during power block.	Speed restrictions or special precautions if any.
23	Goods permitted to run without Guard/BV or without Guard and BV.	Specify the non provision of Gd/BV and advise to carry the duties of guard.
24	During overhauling of Interlocking lever frames	Speed 15 kmph at station
25	When temporary neutral section is provided.	Indicate the location where LP has to lower and raise pantograph.
26	Overhead equipment Break-down on Double/multiple line section.	First train 20/10 kmph by day/night and stop short of any obstruction and report the condition of track.
27	No light in a color light signal due to power failure	Absence of light is notified and LP to stop at the foot of the signal post.

28	Goods stock attached to passenger trains after certifying by train examiner	Speed 75 kmph with particulars
29	When there is doubt or suspicion from the condition of run through train or observations made that the block section in rear might have obstructed.	`Proceed cautiously and lookout for any obstruction on the line`.
30	Any other conditions or circumstances which may require the issue of caution order.	Particulars of caution.
