Ensure Cont & FP, ER & GF
slider switches in ON
Ensure PCS is in set position &
PCR relay is energised.
If PCR not energising even though BP
pressure is normal contact shed for wedging PCR / using bypassing switch.
Ensure GFD & GFC contactors
picked up by keeping Isolation Switch in RUN & RH in any one direction
Check power data MG Voltage & MGF
current values and Torque values.
If MG field current is not more than
10 A
Check AG
breakers in ECC1 & ECC2 in ON
Check AG
drive shaft
Check AC
control, Control, local control breakers in ON
Check GFB
breaker in ON position & BS is closed condition
Check SCR
connections
Recycle
breakers and try
If still
not rectified, contact shed
If MG field current is more than 10
A but no MG / RB output
Contact
shed
If
torque Reference & feedback values are different
Recycle both TCCs and try
If not successful, disable the Truck
& work
After some time enable truck and try

In DID,
select Truck cut out
Select
truck & disable
If MG output is available
Take 3 notches, check Crew message
& contact shed.
On Run

be different for different Trucks, but Same Ref & Feedback for individual
Trucks
