Whenever
system applies power restriction with TCC related message:
Back TH to
Idle & resume traction after few seconds.
If not
successful, isolate the defective truck & try to clear the block section if
only one truck is affected
If unable
to work, Stop the loco, Secure Control Stand, Recycle the TCC breakers and try
If not
rectified, isolate the particular truck, & work if the train load permits.
After
isolating a Truck, Inform PRC / Shed
Up to 60 %
power will be available from working truck

Wait for
30 seconds
Switch ON AC
GTO #2, AC GTO #1, TCC1, TCC2 & Computer Breakers
EMD - IGBT Locos
Switch OFF
Computer, TCC, IGBT #1 PS & IGBT #2 PS Breakers
Wait for
30 seconds
Switch ON IGBT
#2 PS, IGBT #1 PS, TCC & Computer Breakers
Siemens Locos
Switch OFF
Computer, TCC, PS #5, Local Control & Control Breakers
Wait for
30 seconds
Switch ON

Most of the faults are reset automatically by
keeping TH in Idle & Isolation switch in Isolate
If fault is not reset Switch OFF Computer Breaker
