TE METER IS NOT RESPONDING- Simple trouble shooting in HHP loco

TE METER IS NOT RESPONDING 
a) TE METER DEFECT-meter, coupler, cables, terminal board 
b) ADA DEFECT 
c) EM2000/POWER CHASSIS DEFECTS- cards, mother board, PRG,PSM, flat cables. 
d) MC MICRO SWITCH DEFECTS- RH switches, lead switch, TH idle switch. 
e) TA DEFECTS-slipring, carbon brush, rotor winding, stator winding, rectifier, fuse, terminal   
f) CA DEFECTS- slipring, carbon brush ,rotor winding, stator winding, rectifier, fuse, terminal   
g) SCR DEFECT- blocking diode, freewheeling diode, SCR, filter circuits, connection, cables 
h) FCD DEFECT- front connector, module 
i) GF CB, GF SWITCH, CONTROL AND FP SWITCH- OFF/DEFECTS- not closing, connection 
j) GFC DEFECT- coil open, less over travel, contact melted, arc chute struck up 
k) GFD DEFECT- coil open, interlock, contact burnt 
l) TCC FAULTS- sibas cards, x plug, phase modules, transducers, crowbar modules 
m) CCB FAULT- COR relay, couplers, card defects, analog converter, magnet valve, sensors 
n) LOW MR PRESSURE.- leakages, compressor 
o) LR % ZERO- FUEL OIL, ENGINE AND GOVERNOR PROBLEMS,ASC 
p) GR CUTOUT SWITCH  OPEN
