Ø SM shall obtain LC from the station in advance.
Ø In S/L Token area SM shall give section token + T/369 3(b) and start the
train.
Ø In S/L Token less area and D/L SM shall issue T/369(3b) +PN as ATP.
Ø Starter can be taken OFF wherever possible.
Ø If Advanced Starter interlocked with points has failed, in addition to
the above authority, PHS shall also be exhibited at the foot of the Signal.
