Trouble shooting for Loco Brakes Not Releasing

Reasons	Remedies
SA9 / C2 Relay Valve Exhaust Port Blocked	Clear the Blockage
Other C/Stand SA9 in Applied Position	Release
Less BP pressure	Troubleshoot for  BP Pressure
CR of C3W DV overcharged (After Loco changing or C/S changing)	Release manually
Defective C3W DV	Isolate C3W DV and Release by Release Handle
Hand Brakes applied Condition	Release Hand Brakes
Defective Brake cylinder	Manually release and close BC COC. Work cautiously
Water accumulation in MR	Drain it
