Instruction to Loco Pilots working LE

•  Before starting from each stoppage – ensure adequate Loco Brake Power
•  Keep SA9 in Full application & ensure BC Pressure 3 – 3.5 kg/cm²
•  Take one Traction Notch & ensure loco is not moving
•  Then only release Loco brakes
•  If loco brake fails on run, Use A9 or try by other C/Stand SA9.
• If not successful, recreate BP & try by DB and Hand brake to stop loco
