Trouble shooting for MR Pressure not Building up

Reasons	Remedies
Brake System COC in Closed Position	Open Brake System COC
MR 1 & 2 , J Filter & Control Reservoir Drain cock open	Close Drain cocks
MR & BC Equalizing COCs, BP & FP COACs open	Close
MR safety valve blowing Continuously / defective	Gently tap /Adjust it / Inform shed
Auto Drain Valve continuously blowing or defective	Close ADV COC
EPG Magnet valve defective in Unloading Position	Close EPG COC
MR system Pipeline leakages	Try to arrest it
Air drier blowing continuously	By pass Air drier/ uncouple Electrical cable / Dummy Purge valve
Compressor Defective / Unusual sound	Shut down and Inform Shed
Fast Coupling given up	Inform Shed
Inter Cooler Tubes burst	Try to arrest it / Inform Shed
Inter cooler Safety Valve blowing	Gently tap the valve/Contact Shed
Inter cooler Drain Plug open	Close the Drain plug
