b) PUMP STRUCK UP- coupling defect, fixing screw slack 
c) TLPM CIRCUIT BREAKER DEFECT 
d) TLPR COIL OPEN 
e) TLPR CONTACT OPEN 
f) DIO CARD DEFECT
